Does my card ever expire?

No. Your card is valid for as long as you wish to use it. Many cardholders, in particular children and teenagers, wish to renew their card after about two years because the photo looks out-of-date or their age bracket has changed.

If you have an existing CitizenCard you can upgrade to a new card for £7. You need to print off and post us the completed Upgrade Form together with details of any changes (new photograph/signature or name).

If you are using the paper form instead of the online form, this will cost £15.  [If you need an URGENT UPGRADE, this cannot be done online and costs £30 with the paper form]. You should post the completed form with your name, address, phone, 1 x new photograph and credit/debit card number and expiry date to:

Address: UPGRADES, CitizenCard, 36 Bromells Road, London SW4 0BG
