How do I complain if I believe CitizenCard has failed me?

In the first instance, email your complaint to complaint@citizencard.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day. We will attempt to respond fully to your complaint within 14 days.

If you remain dissatisfied with CitizenCard's attempts to resolve your complaint, you can write to:

CitizenCard is legally required to comply with the terms of the trade and consumer protection laws of the United Kingdom.
