If my application for a card is not processed, will I be eligible for a refund?

If we have been unable to process an application because of a fault that the applicant has made then we will be unable to refund the cost of the application.  Examples include where a verifier could not be contacted at their place of work, the reference was not accepted or further information was required.

The cost charged to applicants is to cover the processing costs of the application.

If CitizenCard is at fault then a full refund will be given.
