In a reply to Nick de Bois MP, Home Office Minister James Brokenshire confirms that the Home Office  encourages licensed premises to accept PASS cards. The Government must ensure that in its new ID Guidance, to be published in the New Year, PASS cards are categorically endorsed as valid ID - and that licensees and door staff must recognise PASS cards as being valid. http://t.co/mEhVkqIu
