1) Complete your info in the form > 2) Make Secure Payment > 3) Print your completed form > 4) post it to us along with your new photo.

If your first CitizenCard was issued before March 2009 you will need to send us that card.

If you no longer have the card you cannot upgrade and must apply as a new applicant.
