Upgrade!
Existing CitizenCard holder?
For only £7 you can upgrade your card to enjoy all the great benefits, discounts and features of CitizenCard
The process is simple, you can pay securely online, and you don't need to re-verify.
If your first CitizenCard was issued BEFORE MARCH 2009 you will need to send us that card - and if you no longer have the card you will need to apply for a new card ie. you will not be able to upgrade.
