To celebrate the launch of the new CitizenCard in 2011, we gave away £12,000 worth of holiday prizes thanks to our holiday partners Flexible Trips.

In May, June, September, October, November and December 2011 we gave some lucky cardholders a holiday package for two people worth £2,000.

The lucky winners designed their own holidays: flights, hotels and extras choosing from hundreds of destinations.

Terms & Conditions

1. All applicants for a new CitizenCard, 16 and older, including upgrade applications, were eligible to enter this promotion.
2. To enter the promotion applicants qualified by emailing holiday@citizencard.com with their 16-digit card number writing CONSENT TO PUBLICITY in the subject line.
3. On the first day of each relevant month one qualifying cardholder was chosen at random from amongst all qualifying cardholders.
4. The £2,000 is provided as a credit against any available holiday from www.flexibletrips.co.uk provided such holiday is worth at least £2,000.  Any value above £2,000 must be paid by the cardholder. If a holiday is chosen worth less than £2,000 no payment or credit against the difference can be made.
