Using the online application form the standard cost is £15.  Urgent applications cost £30.

If your card is lost or stolen a replacement card can be issued at a cost £7 Standard online, £15 Standard by post and Urgent £30 by post.

If you have an existing card and you wish to upgrade your card to the new UltraViolet CitizenCard or if your card is out of date (ie age band has changed) you can do so online for £7 Standard.  If you are upgrading using the paper application it will cost £15 for a Standard and £30 for an Urgent: please note Urgent upgrades can not be done online.  All exisiting cards must be returned to us.
