CitizenCard FAQ's
Is it a REAL CitizenCard?
The holographic overlay is completely smooth and covers the entire card.
The design comprises CitizenCard and PASS logos and is unique to CitizenCards.

1. The PASS hologram signifies that the card is a genuine PASS card. Government and police advise that only PASS cards and photo-driving licences should be used as proof of age.
2. The colour photo should confirm that the person presenting the card is the lawful cardholder. Check also for the holographic overlay images that should run up the left and across the foot of the photo.
3. The age band confirms immediately if the cardholder is the right age. So (unlike driving licences) there’s no need to calculate if the cardholder is 18 or older from their date of birth.
4. Every CitizenCard displays UV (ultraviolet) markings in the form of two ‘100% Proof’ logos on both sides of the card. The UV marks are clearly visible if viewed under UV light, like the UV marks on a photo-driving licence.
5. The LEALTA logo enables cardholders to obtain CitizenCard Discounts.
