CitizenCard FAQ's
New CitizenCard
The new CitizenCard contains a holographic overlay that is completely smooth and covers the entire card. The overlay design comprises CitizenCard and PASS logos and is unique to CitizenCards.

1. The PASS hologram signifies that the card is a genuine PASS card. Government and police advise that only PASS cards and photo-driving licences should be used as proof of age
2. The colour photo confirms that the person presenting the card is the lawful cardholder.
3. The age band confirms immediately if the cardholder is the right age.
There are now four age bands: Under 16; 16/17; 18+ and 21+.
4. Every CitizenCard displays UV (ultraviolet) markings in the form of two ‘100% Proof’ logos.
5. The LEALTA logo enables cardholders to obtain Discounts and you will need your mobile
phone number and email address to access your code.
