How to promote eBulk scheme?
You can promote eBulk paperless application system, your Unique Organisation Code and the URL to the eForm - www.citizencard.com/e-form through various different mediums. Please see the guide below which provides tips on how to promote the scheme throughout your organisation.
Printed Materials
Your organisation can use printed materials such as posters to promote your Unique Organisation Code (UOC). These posters can point students to seek further information at Student Reception where staff could advise which person to talk to regarding the free CitizenCard paperless application or provide list of available Authorised Verifiers. These posters can also be used on your institution's Intranet site to promote the free cards. We can provide PDF’s of A4 and A3 posters with your Unique Organisation Code (UOC) which can be shared around your organisation.

Email Campaigns
You can send emails which explain paperless application system and promote the Unique Organisation Code to your service users. These emails can also be used to advise users who the Authorised Verifiers are, answer frequently asked questions and to provide contact details if any service users need help with their applications.
Intranet Site
Your intranet site can be used to explain in depth the CitizenCard eBulk application process. A page which explains the process along with pictures of the CitizenCards, the Unique Organisation Code, information regarding photo uploads, and if your organisation chooses, dates at which Authorised Verifiers will be available to help applicants. You can tailor your intranet site to your organisation’s needs, such as if you have a lot of frequently asked questions, a FAQ’s page can be made - this is entirely up to your organisation.
Social Media
Social media can be used to announce the eBulk paperless application system and advise service users to ask for more information from your organisation. For example, you can use social media as a sign post to ask service users to check the intranet for more information or to read an email which has been sent to your service users. As anyone can access the information on social media, it needs to be limited to basic material about the scheme.
